Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including aggression, behavior issues, etc. An additional refundable deposit of $500 will be required. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5x the monthly rent.

Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in and throughout the tenancy.

All of our units are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within 20 feet of the property.

MARIJUANA:
This property will not allow the growing or smoking of marijuana.
