Pet rent is $25/month. A pet picture is required. Breed restrictions do apply. An additional refundable security deposit of $500 will be required. Total security deposit will not exceed 1.5x the rent.

APPLICATIONS
All complete applications are processed in the order received. If you are in a back-up position, your application fee will be refunded if another application is approved before yours. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application.

All of our homes are smoke free. Smoking is only allowed outside a minimum of 10 feet from the building.
We do not allow the growing or smoke of marijuana.


INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Your gross income must be 2.5 times the rent. All income must be verifiable.
