Monthly pet rent: $20–$60

📋 Residency Guidelines
Gross household income requirements vary by location:
Properties located within the City of Portland require gross household income of 2.0x or 2.5x the monthly rent (depending on the specific property)
Properties located outside the City of Portland require gross household income of 3.0x the monthly rent
Renter’s insurance is required for all tenants
An exception may apply if income does not meet qualification thresholds, as permitted under Oregon law
